  • Although the welding process takes only a moment, fitting the bracelets may require some time. Please be prepared for a potential wait when obtaining your permanent jewelry.
  • The minimum age requirement for welding is 10 years old. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian's presence is required. Please make sure to bring in government issued identification.
  • If you have an allergy to gold or silver, we do not advise undergoing this process.
  • Please be advised that all sales of Permanent Jewelry are final.
  • Kindly take a moment to complete the necessary waiver form for the permanent jewelry procedure. Remember to bring your ID as we'll need to verify the information.
  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent must come in with you to review and sign waiver.

ls it really permanent Jewelry?

Crafted with precision and built to withstand the test of time, our gold filled chains are of the highest quality. While they are designed to remain securely on your wrist, should you need to remove your bracelet, it can be easily done with a pair of scissors.

Does It Hurt?

During the process of securing your jewelry, we utilize high heat on the chain exclusively to weld it shut.

Do I need an Appointment ?

No, We offer walk -in days on Tues : 12 - 5pm , Thurs 12 - 6pm Friday: 12-6pm Sat 11 - 6 pm. However, appointment are recommended as there may be a wait time for walk-in services.

Refunds

Please note that all Permanent Jewelry items are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

Retainers | Late

Retainers are $30 per Appointment for single and $60 for groups. In the event that you are later than 15 minutes or missed your appointment a new deposit will be needed to schedule another appointment.

RUNNING LATE : If you are later than 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment , this will be considered a missed appointment and the $30 retainer will be forfeited. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelation | Reschedule :

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We acknowledge that unexpected circumstances can arise. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit to your new appointment date. However, please ensure that you reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) of your original appointment. Your deposit will be kept secure for your upcoming appointment.In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

What if my chain breaks or stretches?

Concerned about potential damage to your permanent jewelry? Worry not, as we have taken utmost care to select delicate chains that are not only minimalist in design, but also suitable for everyday use. In the unlikely event that your jewelry does break, we will make every effort to repair it for you. However, please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost chains.Within 60 days it's free of cost. After 60 days small fee will apply of $25

Warranty:

Accidents happen if you have an issue with the welded ring within 60 days please send us an email artsycolorlounge@gmail.com we can re-weld for free or book an appointment. Anything after 60 days we can re-weld for a small fee.

We are not responsible for lost chains.

What if I need to remove my permanent Jewelry for temporarily ?

In the event that you need to remove your Jewelry, it can be easily done by cutting the ring that connects the chain together using a pair of scissors. For a neat appearance, it is recommended to cut the ring carefully. Please note that re-welds will incur a charge of $25.Please be aware that you may be asked to take off your jewelry for medical procedures, such as X-rays or MRI scans. Kindly consult with your doctor to determine if this will be necessary.

Are Anklets An Option ?

Certainly, but do keep in mind that anklets are more susceptible to snagging, stretching or breaking due to their placement on the body. As such, we advise wearing them at your own risk, as they are not covered under our warranty.

Will I be ok through medical detectors or TSA?

Cannot guarantee approval. Check in with your Local TSA.
