The charms at the Charm Bar are more prone to tarnishing due to the mixed metals. To minimize tarnishing, it's important to remove the jewelry before showering, swimming, or sweating, and to avoid exposure to water or perfumes. However, the chain should remain resistant to tarnishing as it's made of stainless steel. For those seeking a higher quality alternative, we offer permanent jewelry in gold filled, sterling silver, and 14k solid gold as a special order.

While walk-in services are available on Tuesdays from 12 to 5 pm, Thursdays from 12 to 6 pm, Fridays from 12 to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 11 am to 6 pm, we highly recommend scheduling appointments. Walk-in customers may experience wait times as appointments take priority.

Retainers are $20 per Appointment for single and $40 for groups. In the event that you are later than 15 minutes or missed your appointment a new deposit will be needed to schedule another appointment.

RUNNING LATE : If you are later than 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment , this will be considered a missed appointment and the $20 retainer will be forfeited. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
